Privacy Policy

Who we are

Prime KPI Tracker (“Prime”, “we”) is a private app for members of the Prime door-to-door sales team to track their work, see team calendars and assignments, and cheer each other on. It is operated by Tyler Fowler at www.primekpitracker.com. Questions about this policy or your data: tylerfowler21@gmail.com.

What we collect

Only what the app needs to work. Specifically:

• Your account: your name, a PIN (stored only as a one-way hash, never in readable form), your role on the team and who you report to, and your time zone, which your phone reports so days and reminders line up with where you are.
• Your work numbers: hours worked, and the people you log as contacts along with where you met them, their phone number, notes you write, and whether a meeting was set, held, or signed.
• Things you post or turn in: profile photos, Hype board posts, reactions and GIFs, calendar events and RSVPs, and assignment work, including notes and files you upload (for example a photo of a list or a recording of a practice call).
• Notifications: if you turn notifications on, the push address your browser gives us for that device.
• Google, if you connect it: your Google account ID, email address and name. If you also turn on Google Calendar sync, a secure token that lets Prime manage the one “Prime” calendar it creates for you (see below).
• Basic technical data: like almost every website, our hosting provider keeps short-lived request logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to run and secure the service.

We don’t use advertising, analytics trackers, or tracking cookies, and we don’t sell or rent anyone’s information.

Information about other people

Reps may record details about people they contact (such as a name, phone number and notes), and may upload call recordings. If you do, you’re responsible for having a legitimate reason to keep that information, and for getting consent before recording a call where the law requires it (several U.S. states require everyone on a call to agree). Someone whose information is in Prime can ask for it to be deleted at the email above.

How we use it

• To run the app: your week, contacts, leaderboards, team views, calendar, Hype board and assignments.
• To show the right things to the right people. Your numbers appear on team leaderboards; managers can see the detailed work of the people who report to them; admins can see the whole team. Your contacts and assignment work are visible to you, your managers, and admins, not to other reps.
• To send notifications you turned on, such as new assignments, reminders and shout-outs.
• To keep the service secure and working, and to fix problems.

Google sign-in and Google Calendar

Connecting Google is optional. You can always sign in with your name and PIN instead.

• Sign in with Google uses only your basic profile (account ID, email, name) to recognize you.
• Google Calendar sync, if you turn it on, asks for permission to create and manage calendars Prime makes (calendar.app.created). Prime creates one separate calendar called “Prime” and keeps it filled with your team’s events. It cannot see, read or change your other calendars or events.
• The access token is stored encrypted. Turning sync off in your Profile deletes the Prime calendar from your Google account and revokes our access. You can also remove access anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Prime KPI Tracker’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide sign-in and the calendar sync you turned on; we do not use it for advertising, do not sell it, and do not let people read it except where needed for security, to comply with the law, or with your permission.

Who we share it with

We don’t share your information except with the services that run the app, only as needed to do so:

• Vercel hosts the app and stores uploaded files in private storage, and runs scheduled reminders.
• Neon hosts the database.
• Google, only if you connect it, for sign-in and your Prime calendar.
• GIPHY, when someone searches for a GIF: the search words go to GIPHY, and GIFs load from GIPHY’s servers.
• Your device’s push service (Apple, Google or Mozilla, depending on your browser) delivers notifications. Their content is encrypted so the push service can’t read it.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and storage on your device

• A sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in (up to 120 days).
• A temporary cookie used only while you’re signing in with Google (10 minutes).
• Small settings in your browser, such as whether you dismissed the notifications prompt, and the service worker that receives notifications.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you’re on the team so your history and the team’s records stay accurate. When someone leaves, an admin can remove their access; their past numbers may stay in team totals. Files attached to an assignment are deleted when the assignment is deleted. To have your account and data deleted completely, email tylerfowler21@gmail.com and we’ll do it within 30 days.

Your choices

• See and edit your own numbers, contacts and profile in the app.
• Turn notifications and Google Calendar sync on or off anytime in your Profile.
• Disconnect Google from your Profile.
• Ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, at the email above.

Security

Everything is sent over HTTPS. PINs are hashed, Google tokens are encrypted, uploaded files are kept in private storage that only signed-in team members with permission can open, and what each person can see is enforced on the server. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

Prime is for team members and is not directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top and, for significant changes, let the team know in the app.
